Supertext is at a pivotal moment. As we are becoming a global, AI-first language technology company, we are rethinking our core systems architecture. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager who transforms our business operations by introducing the right systems and defining efficient workflows, making use of state-of-the-art AI tools.
In this role, you own the design and implementation of how Supertext operates. You will report to the leadership team and take full responsibility for the success of the new systems landscape.
System Strategy & Design: Lead the end-to-end replacement of our core systems. You will evaluate partners, design workflows, and ensure our new tech stack is built for an AI-driven future.
The ‘Bridge’: Act as the translator between functions and divisions. You will turn complex business needs into technical specifications for our partners and developers and communicate technical logic back to the business in a strategic context.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive a squad of internal engineers, department heads, and external partners. You will ensure that the transition is seamless across Product, Finance, Sales, and Production.
Organizational Impact: You aren’t just deploying software; you are leading change. You will ensure our team of 80+ experts is empowered by the new tools and processes you put in place.
This role is a fit for highly ambitious tech enthusiasts who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Background: 1–3 years of experience in a renowned management consultancy (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Accenture) or a high-growth scale-up.
Education: A University degree (ETH/EPFL/HSG or equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Engineering with a sharp business mind.
The Skillset: You are comfortable discussing system architecture in the morning and presenting a strategic business case to Executive Management in the afternoon.
Mindset: You are highly structured, proactive, and thrive when given the autonomy to solve complex, company-wide problems.
Languages: Fluency in English; German is a plus for navigating our Zurich and Berlin based operations.
